Mark Your Calendars for This Year’s Walk for Life

We hope you are excited about this year's Walk for Life which is just around the corner! On April 27th, dozens of people will walk through a local Tracy neighborhood to show their support of life - for mothers in crisis, and invaluable children.

 

This annual event directly provides for the local Pregnancy Resource Center of Tracy. You can be sure that the support you offer places pregnancy tests in the hands of our clients, puts diapers on beautiful babies, provides ultrasounds for women and, ultimately, impacts lives for generations to come.

 

 

Is there a better way to spend your Saturday than affirming life? 

 

Last year our walkers raised nearly 27 thousand dollars of support for this crucial ministry. There were walkers representing 11 different churches, and even more sponsors from around Tracy. Everyone was full of joy because they knew they were personally participating in advocating for life, for care, and for love.

 

Even when it began to rain, our walkers were not discouraged from making the day all about serving women in crisis with unexpected pregnancies!

 

This year we will meet again at Tracy Community Church.  

 

We have big goals and big dreams when it comes to caring for the women and children of our community. This event moves us closer to reaching our goals, and realizing our aspirations.

 

We hope to raise 39 thousand dollars this year.

We plan to have some fun, connect with one another, and enjoy life together after our walkers show their support. There will be food, fellowship and games. Come on out and consider joining the walk.

 

Every person that walks raises financial support for our center. Every person that comes to enjoy the event raises emotional and spiritual support for our ministry.

 

Every part of our day is meant to bring glory to God and help to our community. 

 

As a nonprofit organization our services are totally cost-free to our clients.

 

It's through your support and your participation in events like the Walk for Life that our clients can receive care and support. They don’t need to worry about getting billed when they are pregnant or new mothers. Money shouldn’t be an obstacle for them finding alternatives to abortion and when they are debating what their future looks like.

 

Contributing to the Pregnancy Resource Center of Tracy brings help to those in need. So mark your calendars and get your walking shoes out; we have lives to change.
